OX Gel Granules 0.5ML

The granular bone substitutes in gel are a mixture of cortico-cancellous granules (OX Granules Mix) and water-based gel. Like all Osteoxenon devices, the gel granules maintain the presence of preserved native collagen within them, the main feature of the advanced line. They have a standard grain size of 0.5 – 1 mm, and are suitable for most applications.

The mixture contains spongy granules, which have an average remodeling time varying from 4 to 6 months, and cortical granules, from 8 to 12 months. The advantage of gel granules is the ease of use and the lower probability of contamination of the graft, as the hydration phase is eliminated.
